Heyy, it's Amber here! Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I've been busy with school and projects. Anyways, there are quite a few things going on with our ducks. For starters, we haven't seen any of our old flock of ducks. Also, we had a drake visit us about a week ago, I named him Bill=). Haha, well anyways, Beau fought with Bill, and I finally realized why! Here's what's going on:

    Bill fought with Beau, when they were in an area of thorns and sticks by the water. Belle raced to the thorns and sticks and hid there. Then, Beau chased Bill into the opposite end of the pond. They kept fighting and after awhile I only saw Bill, but then Beau came back and they swam in the brook together like buddies. So, I left to go take some pictures since they were with each other and apparently doing fine, so I was taking a picture of a flower, and everytime I moved closer to that thorn and sticks pile near the water, Belle would quack. I heard her quack and didn't know if she was okay or not because it didn't dawn on me at the time, so I looked for her and she shut up like she knew I was looking to find her and that if she made a sound I could find her. So, the bottom line is, Belle's other eggs died (they would've hatched this Wednesday). She now has laid more eggs and Beau lives across the street in the pond but still comes with Belle to visit and eat, and Belle lives here, where she can tend to her eggs. I believe that her eggs may hatch by the 28th.

    Beau just flew in with Beau! And as soon as they flew in, it started raining, for the 7th time this week!
