Good News and Bad News

Heyy there "hippies"! (as Juju would say) I have some good news, I saw Kitty today, but HE needs a name change! Yes, we learned Kitty is a boy! What's even funnier is that my sister asked how we knew he was a boy... I still haven't given her the answer yet! Well, I know what our next poll may be: What Should We Name "Kitty"?
But, here's the bad news: I fear Belle may be dead, along with her eggs, Beau, and my spirit. I haven't Belle in forever and after the 4 weeks of rain we have had, are eggs must be dead, they would've hatched by now. Also, we had a massive hail, thunder, torrential rain, and wind storm with a tornado warning the other day, not helping the outlook on Belle. We have finally had 2 nice days, and she hasn't showed=(. And, last time I saw Beau was June 22. He was missing a bunch of feathers, and was limping. He tried to follow me home from school, but could barely make it limping. And when he flew, he was really off balance.(sigh)
There goes my duck friends! But, at least Kitty is doing much better! He has grown since last September, gotten slightly fatter, he now knows where to find the cat food we put out, and he is faster but yet not too afraid of us!
